EthicsPoint's Client Portals: Your Reporters' First Look


Customized Client Portals are an essential way to communicate the existence of your reporting hotline to your stakeholders. In addition to allowing employees to make reports securely through the web, it allows you to brand and market your ethics and compliance program and create greater employee awareness. 

The customized Client Portal consists of up to three pages that contain graphics, logos, text, and colors to help create a look and feel that more closely identifies your organization's image and branding strategy. You will work directly with your Account Specialist to develop a unique page that contains supporting documentation (e.g. Code of Ethics, Value Statement, Mission Statement, etc.) and customized verbiage that is specific to the goals and objectives your company

The customized Client Portal can be reached by your stakeholders in three ways:

  • Placing a direct link, provided by EthicsPoint during implementation, on your company Intranet and/or public web site 
  • Creating a unique URL address for the Portal  (e.g. www.yourcompany.ethics.com)
  • Logging on to the EthicsPoint web site at www.ethicspoint.com from any computer in the world and following the instructions to find your company Client Portal
