General Merrill A. McPeak: Chairman of the Board
General McPeak is the non-executive Chairman of the Board of EthicsPoint, Inc. General McPeak is President of McPeak and Associates, a management consulting firm he founded in 1995. General McPeak commanded the 20th Fighter Wing in 1980-81,Twelfth Air Force in 1987-88, Pacific Air Forces from 1988 to 1990, and was Chief of Staff of the Air Force from November 1990 to October 1994, when he retired from active military service. General McPeak serves as a director of the following public companies: Del Global Technologies (OTC: DGTC), a manufacturer and marketer of medical imaging systems; Gigabeam Corporation (OTC BB: GGBM), a supplier of high performance, high availability fiber-speed wireless communications; Health Sciences Group, Inc., (OTC BB: HESG), a provider of preventive healthcare alternatives; MathStar (NASDAQ: MATH), a designer and marketer of specialized semiconductor integrated circuits; and Tektronix, Inc. (NYSE: TEK), a manufacturer and marketer of test and measurement solutions. He also serves as a director of several privately held companies.
David Childers: President and CEO, EthicsPoint
Mr. Childers is a member of the Ethics Officers Association, the National Association of Corporate Directors, and is a charter member of the Open Compliance and Ethics Group (OCEG), a coalition of the nation's business leaders assembled to develop compliance standards and guidelines. Mr. Childers also serves on the OCEG steering and technology committees, where he is responsible for the development of reporting guidelines and best practices. He is a frequent lecturer to colleges and universities on the subject of business ethics.
Karen Anderegg: Compensation Committee, Nominating & Governance Committee
Ms. Anderegg was formerly President of Clinique Laboratories, USA, and Editor in Chief of Elle magazine. A graduate of Stanford University, Ms. Anderegg has served as a Director of Concordia University, the Oregon Symphony, the Oregon Historical Society, and several start-up companies. She currently serves as a Director of The ODS Companies for Insurance & Business Services and NORDIC (Northwest Dentists Insurance Companies).
John Inskeep: Committee Chair, Compensation Committee and Nominating & Governance Committee
Following his graduation from the University of Puget Sound, Mr. Inskeep joined Columbia Management Company in 1981. He was named Vice President in 1989 with the primary responsibilities of new product development and general administration. During his time with Columbia Management, the firm grew from 27 employees and $1 billion under management to 220 employees and $26 billion under management. In 1997, Columbia Management was sold to Fleet Financial. Since 1997, Mr. Inskeep has managed his investments and has been an early-stage investor in a number of companies. He is currently serving on the boards of Providence St. Vincent Medical Foundation and the Clackamas Community College Foundation. He is a past president of the Oregon Zoo Foundation.
Jeffrey Baker: Committee Chair, Audit Committee; Compensation Committee
Mr. Baker served the Poorman-Douglas Corporation in a variety of marketing and managerial positions between his joining the firm in 1975 to his retirement in December of 2006; he was named President in 1991 and Chief Executive Officer in 2001. Mr. Baker earned a BA in business from Washington State University in 1975 and an MBA from the University of Washington in 1986. Mr. Baker currently divides his time between his business advisory practice, Board responsibilities, and as a community volunteer.
